Haseltine Lake announces new European Patent Seminars in Japan

Haseltine Lake is pleased to present a new series of European Patent Seminars in Japan in March next year.
Following two successful seminars in 2007 and 2009, the main focus of the third series is "New Prosecution Practices at the EPO - Best options and strategies for applicants"
Brief outline:
The European patent system has evolved significantly in recent years and new patterns of EPO prosecution practice are emerging. This seminar will explain the major changes that are occurring in the European Patent system. It will provide detailed advice, information on strategy and practical examples, to help applicants and their patent attorneys to achieve fully effective prosecution of their EPO patents.
