Haseltine Lake recently hosted the above seminar in Japan (Tokyo and Osaka). Haseltine Lake partners Jim Sunderland, Frances Wilding, John Cheyne and Ulrich Benedum and patent attorney David Lewin demonstrated the practical ways to reduce the overall cost and effort involved in prosecuting a portfolio of European patent applications. Delegates were also given a full briefing on the effects of the new EPO Rules which come into force on 1 April 2010.
The seminars attracted over 150 IP professionals from across Japan.
